Braised Chicken, Ham with Shredded Beancurd
Ideal for stomach is cool and bad appetite.

Ingredients:
1/2 pound dried shredded bean-curd
2 ounces ham
4 ounces cooked chicken
1 ounce green pea
Seasoning:
1/3 teaspoon salt
3 cups chicken stock
Instructions:
1. Cut the dry shredded beancurd to small section, blench to wash out bad flavor.
2. Shed the ham. Shed the cooked chicken. Cook all the ingredients and seasoning over low heat for 15 minutes.
3. Sprinkle peas on the top.
