Lily Bulb with Gingko Nuts and Loofa
Lily bulb has the properties of moisten the Lungs and relieve cough.

Ingredients:
10 dried lily bulb
2.5 ounces gingko nuts
1 loofa
Seasoning:
1/2 cup broth
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Soak lily bulb until soften.
2. Discard liquid from gingko can, retain gingko.
3. Peel loofa, discard inner flesh and seeds and cut into slices.
4. Stir-fry loofa slices, gingko and seasonings with 2 table-
spoons of oil. Add lily bulb, stir until well mixed and
done, thicken with cornstarch water, remove to serving
plate. Serve.
