Lily Bulbs and Spinach
This dish may sooth the lung and reduce coughing.

Ingredients:
3/4 pound Spinach
1/4 pound lily bulbs
A:
2 tablespoon water
3/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Trim off the spinach ends, wash and cut into
1 1/4" sections.
2. Soak lily bulb for 30 minutes.
3. Heat a wok, add 2 tablespoon oil and heat. Stir-fry lily bulb
slightly. Add spinach and (A) to fry until tender. Serve.
