Lotus Seeds and Chinese Yam Drink
Ingredients:
40 precooked lotus seeds
20 pieces chinese yam
6 ounces rock sugar
7 cups water
Instructions:
1. Prepare lotus seeds. Put all ingredients in a pot to boil
and simmer for 45 minutes.
2. Strain if necessary and reheat for serving warm. Chill for half an hour for serving cold.
