Breakfast - Banana Berry Milk
These fruit juice are ideal for slimming. It is best the drink
as breakfast.

Ingredients:
1/2 banana
1/2 cup strawberries
1 cup low fat milk
1/4 cup cold water
honey
Instructions:
1. Peel banana and cut smaller, rinse and cut strawberries in cube.
2. Put all the banana, strawberries in the blender, pour in milk, cold water and honey, blend them well. Pour into a glass and serve.
