Quick 'N' Easy Tagliatelle


Ingredients:

2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
500 g medium prawns, shelled
400 g dry tagliatelle, boiled and drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

Heat oil in a non-stick wok under medium heat and sitr-
fry garlic with prawns until just cooked. Add boiled
tagliatelle, olive oil, parsley and pepper. Mix well and
serve immediately.
