Miso Chicken


When baking chicken on rack place a baking sheet underneath to catch the dripping liquid. The chicken will look cleaner that way.

Ingredients:

2 chicken thighs
4 lettuce leaves
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon cooking wine
4 tablespoons miso
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons water

Instructions:

1. Bone chicken, rince, drain: combine all seasonings , marinate
chicken for 1 hour to let flavor be absorbed.

2. Preheat oven for 10 minutes, bake chicken at 200'C for 20 minutes,
brush marinade continuously on while baking, bake until golden brown, remove.

3.Cut lengthwise into strips, arrange onto lettuce-lined plate.
Serve.
