Salmon with Garlic
Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet
10 clovers garlic
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sugar
Instructions:
1. Rinse fish, discard skin and bone, put pieces back and remove
to a foil-folded coat. Combine all seasonings, drizzle over fish;
crush garlic, discard skin, chop and sprinkle on fish. Preheat oven
to 200'C, bake for 20 minutes, remove and serve.
